St. Arnold Brewery

This is a large brewery located in the warehouse district just North of Downtown. There is plenty of parking in an on-site lot and plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. St. Arnold is kid and dog friendly with a small play area and hedge maze to entertain kids. There is a bar located both inside and outside depending on where you’d like to sit. You can also just take a seat and wait for a server to take your order for you. Our server was amazing considering we were there for an event and he was one of two servers covering the entire group. There are two outdoor areas to sit in, one covered/shaded and one completely outside. The covered area has lighting and water fountain for ambiance which was really cool to see.

What We Ordered

My husband ordered the Eclipse IPA and I got the frozen cider since it was over 90 degrees outside where the event was being held. The frozen cider tasted like a blue ICEE and I absolutely loved it. I could definitely see those getting me in trouble since you cannot tell at all that there’s alcohol in it. My husband said the Eclipse was a good IPA, but nothing life-changing. Overall, we would recommend both drinks. My husband has previously had the Art Car IPA and said that is one is also good, but a less intense IPA so that could be a good choice for someone looking for a lighter IPA. I have previously had a beer that was aged in bourbon barrels that, considering I don’t remember leaving St. Arnold that night, I would highly recommend. I did not see that on the menu anymore though. Probably for the best.

For food we ordered the Forager Pizza. It’s the perfect size for two people and it was so delicious we absolutely demolished it. The crust is crunchy but airy inside and the toppings were spread evenly over the whole pizza. Highly recommend! The people were sitting with also ordered pizza and some of the chicken wings which also looked really good. We would normally order appetizers and dessert, but we were so hot and there was a lot of talking involved at the event that we didn’t order anything else (this time). We will definitely be going back in cooler weather to test some more menu items.

Let me know in the comments if you have been to St. Arnold, what you ordered and what you thought!

Until Next Time,

Happy Drinking
