Hello Misadventurers!

I wanted to give some clarification about what posts on this page will cover. My husband and I live on the North side of Houston, TX so we frequently try new restaurants and have adventures in the area. I want to bring what I learn back to you on this page! For each new restaurant or activity we try I will create a new post giving you our review and recommendations. But first (shoutout Julie Chen Moonves), let’s go over the criteria I will include in each review.

For restaurants I will give the customer service, food, ambiance and cleanliness each a score of 1-5. Those scores will then be averaged out for an overall score out of five that will be included in the title of each post for your viewing pleasure. I will also mention what the parking situation is like, pricing, location and whether the bathrooms were clean or straight out of a horror movie. If there are additional criteria or mentions you think should be included, please let me know below.

As for adventures, please keep in mind that they can (and will) extremely vary in category. My current list of criteria for scoring is pricing/value, fun level and location. Each of those will be given a score of 1-5 and then averaged out for an overall score to be included in the post title. Other mentions will include parking and schedule flexibility. Again, if you think I am forgetting some important criteria/mentions, please let me know below.
