Snooze is a brunch restaurant with locations scattered around the Southern United States. We have visited The Woodlands location quite often and have also been to one of the Austin, TX locations and have never had a bad experience. Service is outstanding and the environment is clean and bright with pops of retro decor.

The menu has a lot of options for breakfast or brunch with a rotating seasonal menu and plenty of vegetarian options. No brunch is complete without coffee and mimosas and Snooze delivers on that too. My favorite is the honey oat milk latte, but I also highly recommend the lavender latte. My husband has tried a few of their different mimosas and doesn’t have a bad thing to say about any of them. On this particular trip I ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes and my husband got the veggie omelet, both of which we would order again. If you enjoy creative pancake flavors, don’t forget to check Snooze’s “pancake of the moment” to enjoy limited time flavors.

Other noteworthy things:

  • there is plenty of parking at this location

  • they have an app that allows you to see wait times and put your name on the waitlist prior to arriving

  • check the menu online frequently as they are always adding new items
