5/5 Dragon Bowl C

One of our favorite spots on Houston’s north side, with locations in Conroe (original) and Spring. The Spring spot is inside Hop Scholar bar, with shared seating between bar and restaurant. The bar is visible at the entrance; the Dragon Bowl C menu and a small kiosk are in the back. The menu is moderate in size and lets you build each dish by choosing noodles, broth, and spice level. Food arrives quickly and service is friendly. Portions are good value, and their rewards program reduces cost on future visits. The dining area is clean with a neighborhood bar vibe; the back has anime-themed decor. A small front stage hosts occasional live acts, though we’ve never seen one.
